It was very difficult getting the information required by the mortgage company from Fidelity and my bank. They wanted information that was available on the Fidelity website but it wasn't in the format they required. It was very stressful and frustrating dealing with your mortgage people and Fidelity. Susan was great through the entire ordeal. I would have switched to another mortgage company if it wasn't for Susan.
