Chuck was very knowledgeable and personable during the loan process. The best example of this was the time he took to walk through each form field by field at the pace I set. My expectations were clearly set throughout the process and everything went according to the plan we had discussed.
I highly recommend Chuck and look forward to working with him again in the future.
