The loan processor Miriam lacked compassion on the side of the buyer. Asking questions as if the buyer didn't have the capability to purchase. Communication between units has not been good. Last minute requirements were being rushed when they had all the time to relay such requirements to buyer. I felt this could have been dealt with a more professional and more thorough manner. It wasn't really pleasant.
