Mary Morgan is a rock star. Support after the initial intake through closing was so so. Understanding a 1031 exchange is difficult and many deadlines were missing. Overall the job was completed which is a big plus, but the celebration of completing the job starts after you pass the finish line not before.

You were fine and the communication with you was fine. The appraiser no showed the reappraisal appointment and called me two hours after he was to be present, then was over an hour late for the 2nd reappraisal appointment. I also feel that when we had multiple viable offers (your clients by the way was the lowest offer, but the couple saw it was FHA loan and IFHA and wanted to help out a young couple. It wasnt all about the money, however if it had been the deal would have died at appraisal. It would be great for banks to start holding out of area appraisers who do not know the area accountable. A tear down MH on 3 acres between our property and payette just closed at 490K. Our land was more usable, closer in and prettier lay. The appraiser was out of touch.

Although I have lender partners that I work with regularly, Meghan has always taken great care of our clients when we have someone with a mobile home.
