We had a great experience working with Nick throughout our mortgage process. Nick provided timely and accurate information regarding our mortgage approval. He is always very responsive to messages or emails whenever we had a question arise (even on weekends). It was apparent to us that our mortgage meant a lot to Nick where we felt like we were treated like family on every interaction. Our home search took nearly a year but Nick was always available
for us over the many months.
We highly recommend that if you’re looking for mortgage assistance in the central Florida area then Nick is the person you should be contacting.

First, response times from Amanda are incredible. There were times throughout the 2.5 year process of us trying to find a house where I emailed her at 9pm or later asking for pre-approval letters (offers needed to be made within 12 hours in this market) and she responded every time within minutes. Amanda definitely goes above and beyond anything that I would have expected as a first time home buyer.
Second, as a first time home buyer, we really didn't know what to expect from all of the people/companies we had to interact with along the way and it was hard to know who was really on our side. I have no doubt that Amanda was truly on our side and was working to help us at every step in the process. This point is especially important because there were plenty of forms that I did not understand! Amanda explained everything thoroughly and made sure we were confident in what we were signing.
We appreciate all of the help and will absolutely be working with Amanda every chance we get going forward. Thank you for a great first time home buying experience!
