Team Katie was great to work with from the first email/phone call. Shane was very helpful in explaining everything to me and there was a lot to explain as this was my first home mortgage. Highly recommend. The whole team was always responsive and kind.

I can’t say enough good things about Team Katie! I initially stumbled upon Katie when I was looking into MassHousing loans and I’m not sure I’ll ever be so lucky again. I have never had a better customer service experience than with Team Katie. As a first time homebuyer, I was incredibly nervous to go through this process, but Team Katie made everything easy and painless! I felt supported through each step and the team was lightning fast to reply when I had a question or there was an update. Team Katie alerted me of the new MassDreams program and were able to help me get a sizeable grant that I never would have known I could qualify for. My husband and I recently purchased our first home and we used Team Katie via Total Mortgage as our lender. I cannot say enough great things about Katie and her team. I mostly worked with Samantha Sirmaian and she was wonderful. She was always responsive via email and text. She always got back to me quickly and answered every question I had. Everyone on Katie’s team is great. I would highly recommend Team Katie to anyone looking for a lender!

Katie made herself available to me at 8 pm for a phone call tonight my offer was excepted on the home I was purchasing. I had never worked with Katie before, so this was not a favor or some thing she was doing for a friend. Her responsiveness and quick willingness to help was what made me want to work with her. She came up with a creative and smart way to fix a problem I was running into with financing my offer. Her knowledge and availability were top tier. I would recommend using Katie 10 out of 10 times. I worked closely with Shane and Stacey on team Katie and they were so available to me and also patient with the amount of documents needed for my loan. They all were able to work professionally with a non-traditional situation and I am forever grateful for their help.
