Jeff went above and beyond to make sure my clients loan went through. It was such a complicated situation that honestly should have died due to the circumstances but he found ways to make it work and sacrificed his own pocket to make it happen. It's been 15 years since we applied for a mortgage. I dont remember there were so many handoffs and different people along the process. i do get a lot of spam calls so it is hard to pick up the phone for the right people. it would be nice if there was a list of names for the entire process so it is clear who's who.
