Tyler is truly impressive when it comes to making the impossible happen. Throughout my homebuying process, I was told by multiple lenders that my debt-to-income was too high, that my income wasn't enough, or that I would only be able to work with less than 200k for my first home purchase, which in this market, amounts to zilch. When I came across Tyler, suddenly doors started to swing open and we were able to crunch together an approval for the home I'm currently sitting in. Tyler helped me feel like he was dealing with an actual person instead of looking at just the numbers on my forehead. He was able to learn about the Hometown Heroes benefit for veterans which complicated the process a bit but thanks to that program I was able to go to closing with next to nothing out of pocket (save the initial escrow payment). I moved in to my current home with less money than it takes to move into almost any apartment right now. I can't recommend Tyler and his team enough. He's very knowledgeable and down-to-earth and doesn't sugar coat anything so that you know where exactly you stand in the loan process. The loan closing date was extended due to the sellers not submitting a request for their mortgage payoff in time and was no fault of his. The interest rate was higher than expected but the rates had just been risen right in the middle of my process and was no fault of his, either.

Kathleen and her team worked extremely hard to get me to close on my house. With the COVID-19 my salary was not as usual in 2020 and 2021 and interest rates rising banks were giving had time with an approval. They tried many programs and ways to get me approved, they never gave up no matter what obstacle they faced.
They got me my house and I could not be more grateful for not giving up on me no matter what. Great team Thanks for everything
