Once I was advised to contact Youseff personally for any issues or complaints, things ran smoother, I initially was receiving emails from 3 or 4 different people, requesting information for a potential mortgage. I understand the process, but initial phases of the were laborious and redundant.

Ryan explained everything very well and kept us up-to-date throughout the entire process. He was available any time that we needed to reach out with any questions.
