Kaylan has been a great person to work with. She’s made this stressful process so much better I can’t believe how much stuff she did in the background and probably didn’t even take credit for. I’m so thankful that I met her. She has been the best person so customer friendly. The customer service was 10 out of 10 above anyone I’ve ever dealt with. no matter what time what day what question I had she would always answer and not make me feel stupid for asking the question. I extremely appreciate her and look forward to working with her in the future throughout this whole home process, she will be the only person I go to if I look at buying another house on the loan side of things she has been great.
