Dan Biron is hands down the best in the business!!! We signed to have our home built before interest rates skyrocketed and when we no longer qualified for our mortgage Dan worked with us to help us figure out a way to make it work. He is so knowledgeable and patient. He explains everything step by step. He is amazing with numbers and helped us figure out how to get where we needed to be. He guided us and went over every scenario until we found a solution that worked. He has impeccable communication skills and made sure we understood everything every step of the way. He helped us in finding ways to lower our monthly debt, increase our credit scores, and ultimately got us approved for our mortgage when even the builder’s company could not. I cannot recommend or thank him enough! He is truly a miracle worker. We could not have made it through this process without him!
