Mrs. Mayfield was behind helpful and patient. She explained every step of the way to me. When there were small waiting periods she would check in on me to assure me everything is fine. I am a single mom of 2 boys under 5 but having her as my loan officer she the extra parent when I starting doubting myself.

Faith has fantastic communication skills. The loan process can be very tedious to the buyers and she really tries to outline the process to them upfront by having a conversation, then sharing a very detailed email and then meeting in person. She keeps in touch throughout the process and she always tries to attend closing.
