Nick was extremely knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and highly responsive through the entire process of buying my first home. As a layman with no prior knowledge of lending, he coached me through the process and helped me understand what was needed of me and what I should know. We worked to get a rate that I am very happy with. Even through very tough odds relating to the seller, he was able to get my loan approved on time.
