Matt was exceptional to work with. When we had small hiccups along the way, he prioritized our loan to make sure they got smoothed out. For example, we are on extension this year and when the prepayment to the IRS for this years taxes was flagged , Matt worked hard, even contacting my accountant, to get the info needed to clear the loan file.
