Buying our first home with Francisco as our mortgage loan originator was nothing short of excellence. He not only communicated the process every step of the way but was very open and honest about any possible delays so that we could plan accordingly. He was available to answer and reanswer questions for us at any time during this process. If he didn't have the answer which was rare he took his time to direct us to someone who could give us an answer. We appreciated his professionalism and expertise during this process. If it wasn't for him we don't know how we could have coped with the stress of buying our first home with the knowledge that we have gained through this process.
