Jarred Polseno did what no other mortgage originator or broker was able to do. Instead of giving up like the others, he dug his feet in and figured out a way to fashion a mortgage that met all my needs and could be approved. My situation was very challenging and Jarred's diligence, professionalism and expertise lifted me out of a desperate hole I had dug for myself. He is a magician who refused to quit and came through when no one else could. I look forward to doing more business with him in the future and would recommend him to anyone in any situation looking for a new mortgage or to refinance an existing one. He is simply the best!
